THE WISH LIST
This is where it all begins. I always start by exploring your lifestyle and your family’s lived experience of your home. How do you all use your space? Which elements aren’t working for you? What’s your dream? How would you love each space to feel? We’ll then begin to form a wish list that explores your style inspirations, your dream outcome, and any specific requirements.
CONCEPT DESIGN
This concept design stage is really engaging and fun. With your wish list securely in my mind, I’ll show you a number of different design ideas — each one exploring different styles, colours, textures, and inspirations. Rather than focussing on specific elements, each mood board is designed to give a sense of the overall feel of each scheme. The idea is to develop and choose the perfect cohesive vision to take to the detailed design stage.

DETAILED DESIGN
With the concept approved, we delve into the detailed design. Here, we refine and sign off every detail to make sure your bespoke design perfectly reflects your brief. It’s also where you’ll get a transparent breakdown of all costs. We’ll finalise the layout, and I’ll create any technical drawings. I’ll also ask you to confirm the exact materials, colours, textures, and finishes that you’d love to include.
PROCUREMENT
This is where I source and order all the bespoke materials, furnishings, and other elements needed for your scheme. I have great relationships with both local and European designers, and handpick from my favourite showrooms, markets and suppliers — guaranteeing quality eclectic pieces that you won’t find anywhere else.
SIGN OFF
The sign-off stage is crucial, as it allows you to review and confirm everything that I’ve picked for your design scheme — from the paints and fabrics to the kitchen worktops, bathroom tiles, and bespoke furniture.
INSTALLATION
During installation, I coordinate and oversee the delivery and setup of each individual design element — communicating with, and directing, all contractors on your behalf. I have a keen eye for detail, ensuring everything meets my high Huxley Home standards. This is where my Little Black Book of trusted tradesmen comes into its own.
THE REVEAL
To me, this is magical. It’s that moment when they step into a space that feels like a true reflection of who they are — crafted with care, personality, and filled with personal touches. A home to be loved and lived in.
